"Only second time I've needed an appliance repair. First time was over 20 years ago for a Maytag Neptune washer. Friday evening my GE Range died. Called Scott & Sons Monday morning. Right after lunch Aaron was at my door. Part was needed so repair would be delayed until Wednesday. Tuesday (just now) Aaron just left having installed the part. Can't over emphasize how great and professional Scott & Sons Appliance Repair is. Over 20 years and they are still the same great place. Highly recommend them."

I echo Debbie's words. Skilled, knowledgeable, and very professional. The most impressive quality of Jeff Scott was his honesty. We had a problem with a washer that was difficult to diagnose. Jeff stewed at home over our problem and came back and worked for over 2 hours. The problem could not be fixed. Since our washer has some age, Jeff recommended that we get a new one. We asked Jeff what we owed for the 2nd visit and he refused to charge us. That kind of integrity & service is very hard to find these days. He will come very highly recommende by us. Thank you, Jeff

I received Jeff's name from a friend who used him to install a garbage disposal. I was having trouble with my dishwasher, and also wanted to have a garbage disposal installed, so I gave him a call. He took care of both of my appliances in a reasonable time frame and at a good price. I would recommend Scott & Sons Appliance Repair to anybody. Jeff Scott came into our house very professionally with a lot of knowledge about repairing our refrigerator. He was patient and willing to explain the situation in a way that was understandable. He was polite and worked in a timely manner and even went beyond his job to help clean up the water from the leak. He ordered the parts that were needed and was back to fix the refrigerator within two business days. His prices are unbeatable!
